The European Vision Institute. Clinical Trials. Sites of Excellence (EVI.CT.SE) is a Network for Clinical Research in Ophthalmology created within the European Vision Institute. EVI.CT.SE is a Network of European Ophthalmologic Clinical Research Sites, dedicated to perform clinical research in ophthalmology with the highest standards of quality, following the European and International Directives for Clinical Trial Research. It is a platform for clinical trial research in Ophthalmology in Europe and an useful Industry resource in order to promote the development of new drugs and medical devices. This Network has an infrastructure for management of multicenter clinical trials. It has common and harmonized organizational and technical Standard Operating Procedures, quality control and staff training according to ICH GCP-Guidelines. EVI.CT.SE serves as a fundamental resource for the development of translational research and particularly Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Industrial Innovation in the European Union. |
